Sahur:
1 senduk nasi putih
1 ekor ikan goreng
Sup

Berbuka:
3 biji kurma
Air suam 3 cawan
1 keping tauhu sumbat
3 ketul cucur udang (saiz kecil)
2 biji buah melaka
1 potong betik


Senaman:
Treadmill/20 minit/2km/132 kcl
Basikal/10 minit
Dumbell/40x tangan kiri dan kanan
